When your order is despatched you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep up to date with the progress of your delivery. Please take time to ensure that your mobile number and email address are correct.

Almost all UK deliveries are via our partner Royal Mail.

We dispatch parcels Monday - Saturday. For guaranteed delivery on Saturday you muse place your order before midday on Friday and select the ‘Next Day Saturday’ option.

if you are not in when delivery is attempted the courier will leave a card to let you know any information including:

  • Details on where the parcel has been delivered to 
  • How to rearrange a delivery 
  • Advice on where you can collect your parcel from 

It is your responsibility to check for a card and check the tracking link. Any deliveries that are not collected from the depot are your responsibility. A refund will not be given for missing parcels sent to the Royal Mail National Returns Center.


Once you have placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order.  

When your order has been dispatched a notification will be sent to you confirming your order is on its way. This will include a link to track your order.

We cannot cancel your order if this has been shipped but, you can return your order once received to obtain your refund. Our refund policy can be found on our returns policy page.

We don’t currently offer exchanges but you can return your items and order again, your refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy .  

Our website will not allow you to order out of stock items. 

If there is an item/s that you need please let us know and we will notify you when restocked.

Our returns policy can be found on our returns and refunds page. 

We place a returns form in every parcel. If for some reason we have failed to pack it or you lose it, please contact us at and we will advise. 

In all situations please make sure you receive a postage receipt and keep this safe until your return has been processed. 

We carefully check the quality of every item before dispatch. If you have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible by emailing with your order number and some images of the issue. Our team will resolve this for you straight away.

We place a returns form in every parcel. If for some reason we have failed to pack it or you lose it, please contact us at and we will advise. 

You must obtain your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost on its return back to us. If you do not have your proof of postage we can not refund you. Madam Mayfair cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. 

We recommend returning via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked And Signed Service. As above, you must keep hold of your proof of postage and tracking.

We usually process all returns within 3 days of receiving them into our warehouse. Once inspected and processed you will receive an email containing all of the details of your refund. 

Please note that it can take your bank a further 2-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card issuer. 

To return an item from outside of the UK:

  • Please check your country’s import charges before placing your order, as international orders may be subject to import duty upon arrival into your country.  
  • Make sure that your item is in its original condition with all tags attached as per our Returns Policy. returns and refunds
  • Please complete the returns form.

We recommend that you send via a recorded means so it can be tracked to our possession.

You will receive an email once your return has been inspected and processed. Unfortunately, we don't cover return postage costs. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost en route. Without proof of postage a refund can not be offered.

As general size guidance we recommend ordering your usual size. If in between sizes we recommend ordering the next size up.
